This Asian variety of Spinach (圆头苋菜) has round leaves and long, thin green stems, and is generally sweet-tasting. It is commonly stir-fried with garlic or Ikan Bilis and a great choice for the younger ones!


Round Spinach is rich in vitamins A, C & K as well as manganese, magneisum and iron.
