- 02We aim to harvest your vegetables within 24 hours of your self-collection or delivery date. If that is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, the harvest time will be a maximum of 48 hours and no more than that before your self-collection or delivery date. This ensures that you get the freshest farm produce straight from our greenhouse.

- 04If you missed the window for collection, or can't make it due to unforeseen circumstances, please drop us a text or WhatsApp at 9737 0295 and we can arrange accordingly from there. Please be punctual to collect your order, and inform us at least 36 hours in advance if you wish to change your collection date.

- 06We are extremely careful with our produce quality control. As we are a pesticides-free farm, sometimes little buggers do get in and munch on some plants, but they are harmless. The produce is still fresh and nutritious! However, if you are unhappy with your produce, do immediately take a picture of the product and drop us a text or WhatsApp at 9737 0295. We will refund or replace it for you at our discretion.
