Also known as 'milk cabbage', Nai Bai is a variation of the Bok Choy. A popular choice of vegetable amongst Singaporeans, it is distinctly recognisable by its white stems and dark green leaves. It has a mildly sweet and mustardy flavour. When stir-fried, it retains its crunchy texture.


Nai Bai is rich in Vitamins A, C & K, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, iron and magnesium.
