Also known as 九白菜 or Kao Pek, this Asian leafy vegetable and white-greenish stems. When cooked, it is crunchy and has a mild flavour.


Jiu Bai Cai is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, carotenoids (beta-carotene) and selenium.
