Mizuna is a leafy green vegetable of the mustard greens variety. It is characterised by its serrated leaves and extremely thin stems. 


Mizuna is commonly found in Japanese and Asian cuisines. Due to its light, peppery and slightly bitter flavour, it can be substituted for arugula (rockets) in salads and also used as toppings for pizza, pasta and soups. Therefore, cook lightly or use raw. 


This vegetable is rich in Vitamins A, C & K, calcium and antioxidants.
