Curly Kale is characterised by large, bright green leaves that are curled and have serrated edges. It is mildly bitter and can be eaten raw or cooked. It is great for salads or soups.
It is rich in Vitamins C and K, Beta-carotene as well as antioxidants such as Quercetin and Kaempferol.
